Ordering Information

You can make any purchases easily using the PayPal service that is set up for prompt and secure shopping.

All orders are packaged by me.  Each piece comes with a folder including information about the exotic hardwoods themselves, and any special care instructions for your piece(s).  Shipping is calculated automatically by PayPal based the total value of your order... it is a quite accurate, and moderate charge.  All orders will be fully insured for shipping.  As soon as PayPal notifies me of the order placed, and that payment was successfully made, the order wiill be shipped.  If you have any special concerns or request please contact me directly via e-mail. 

Payment Options

Using Ebony and Ivory Woodworks PayPal I can accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover card, and direct member purchases. You do not need to become a PayPal member in order to make a purchase using your credit card.

If you prefer, other payment arrangements can be made as needed. When you're ready to make a purchase or to place an order, be sure to let me know if you prefer to use a payment method other than PayPal.

Custom Orders 

Custom orders are the most enjoyable part of what I do. They are totally unique... and such a rewarding experience for both parties involved. A custom piece of any sort is a collaboration of your ideas or desires and my expertise. Depending on the project ... an average piece can take anywhere from days, to weeks, to months ... it all depends on how crazy your (or my) idea is. If you love what you see here ... just imagine what I could make especially for you!  I have never had an unhappy client.

I would actually prefer to meet in person for these pieces, it's nice to get a feel of who you are (or who it's for), but that might not always be possible. Thanks to technology and computers... its possible to collaborate now without the person-to-person contact. The more information you can supply me with ... the better.  Ideas about shapes, colors, functions, anything you can think of will help me get a feel for designing your piece. I usually begin with a few basic sketches, and if you like my ideas, then you can make it my job to craft it for you. A budget will be discussed and a small deposit will be required before any actual construction begins.
