Chopsticks

These are just good ol' chopsticks... but I love them. They are all hand carved from various exotic hardwoods. I use only the densest of hardwoods for chopsticks... expecting that they will be subjected to water during use and washing. They are hand carved, and sanded. I then moisten, and quickly fire to remove any grain that was raised... this process removes any grain that could be raised in the future with continued use/washing. I use a food safe penetrating oil to finish them. They are very functional and beautiful. I actually caught myself cooking differently just so I could use mine more often! (2005)
